It isn't a flimsy costume of weird material you find at party stores. It has a liner, including a built-in cami, which is needed because - white - and if you're short like me, it is long. You can hem it, or do what I did, get some white platform boots. I found the belt online (the dress doesn't come with it). The wig was a gift. This is a go-to dress-up for this Star Wars fan. You won't regret getting this!

I got so many compliments and I was at a Star Wars themed Halloween event so I wasn't the only Leia around. The only thing that surprised me was the waist of the outfit was a lot higher then my waist, more of an empire waist almost, but I think it was more flattering on me.

Only thing I could say is s downside were the slits. She didn't have any and I don't want them. Yeah the fabric was polyester stretch too but whatever that's what you get now days.

Yes I'm short and have to alter most of my clothes, but this is the most extreme. Lol Also I thought it came with belt. I'm a little bummed about the lack of belt, but other than that, it's awesome!
